The man doing the cleaning was on time, friendly, did a very good job on my carpets, was friendly and explained the whole process including costs before starting (there were no surprises).

I Iike that when you clean my carpets, they get rinsed & the water and everything is extracted. I am also impressed that the pet urine spots (& other areas where accidents happened) get treated according to what kind they are. The stains are gone & my carpets look clean and smell Great! I also love that you have promotions that help make this more affordable.
