I enjoyed the slow cook of an infrared sauna. I normally use a traditional sauna at my gym but can't stay in for more than 20 minutes.
I like the longer slow sweat of an infrared when I have the time.
I tried the snow shower. I have mixed feelings about it. I have never cold plunged so I really can't compare. I think I would enjoy it more if I could set the temperature of the snow shower 45 seems to be too much of a shock. That said it was still invigorating.
The one point deduction, I had an issue with trying to get my appointment online. I think it had something to do with this being a different location (previously went to a perspire in GA) I was trying to just buy a single appointment but the system wouldn't let me. I had to buy an introductory session which was cheaper but wasn't what I was trying to do and it was very frustrating. This wasn't really what the deduction was for but it factored in.
The point deduction may seem minor and it kind of is but..... I go to a sauna for complete relaxation for an hour without electronics and for semi meditation to clear my head. If you are going to have YouTube on for the intro video and the chill music, please subscribe to it so I don't have to listen to COMMERCIALS. There is nothing worse than almost being in a meditative state of mind and then get interrupted by some gross commercial.

Sauna's are always clean, and it's nice to have your own private one. The cost to own a comparable sauna is expensive, and then there is no maintenance or cleaning I have to do. This is a nice escape during the winter months, and I love the health benefits and how I feel afterwards.

Convenient location. Great staff, especially Mel and Siena, but all are good, never an issue, polite, caring, and efficient.

Not only is the sauna just amazing and my little getaway,and quiet time to myself which is so amazing but the staff there is just phenomenal. They are so friendly and helpful. Always in a good mood and genuinely happy to see everyone that walks through the door. I so appreciate that. There's enough hate an anger in the world. This is a little slice of heaven!

Perspire Sauna Studio Williamsburg is hands-down one of the best wellness experiences in the city. From the moment you walk in, the hospitality makes you feel genuinely welcomed and taken care of. The staff is warm, professional, and attentive.
The ambiance is incredibly relaxing — modern, calm, and thoughtfully designed so you can completely unplug. The saunas are spotless, which instantly puts you at ease, and the overall cleanliness of the studio is truly impressive. You can tell they take pride in maintaining a pristine, high-end environment.
One of my favorite touches is having a TV with Netflix in the sauna room — it makes the entire experience feel indulgent and effortless, whether you want to zone out or catch up on something while you sweat and unwind.
If I had one small suggestion, it would be that every room should include a shower so you can rinse off and fully reset before heading back out into the world. That would make an already amazing experience absolutely perfect.
I can’t recommend Perspire Williamsburg enough — it’s my new go-to for relaxation, recovery, and a little luxury in the middle of Brooklyn.
Love using the sauna. Always feel better after. Everyone is so nice and helpful. Ten out of ten would recommend!
