Booking and check-in was a breeze. Front desk walked me through everything. Sauna session was great. I would have loved if I had 5-10 more minutes as I had the sno shower and felt rushed to change.

Its a nice, clean space. Staff is always really friendly. Sauna is nice and cozy. Love that this location has showers. I love how easy it is to watch whatever on YouTube or get a Playlist or a meditation going. Really just the highlight of my week.
I had to change my appointment at the last minute. The staff was very pleasant with the last minute change then I was running behind and had to give a call I was running a few minutes late and they were still pleasant and ready to assist. Great customer service was provide from the time I made the original appointment, changing of time and running behind. There was wait when we arrived we were able to come in take a quick tour and enjoyed our service.
