Friendly front desk person, clean facilities, streamlined, good amount of towels provided, the cooling eucalyptus towel is awesome after the sauna, being able to adjust the temperature, plenty of rooms..off the top of my head that's what stood out to me

The owner really goes out of his way to make sure you are having a perfect experience. So clean, music is so relaxing, the saunas are hot, the cold showers are cold. Can't recommend this enough.
I love perspire! I wish I could afford unlimited monthly membership. I tried the halo therapy for the first time and bought just a 8x package and found it to be so helpful for my overall health. Thank you to the amazing staff and your model! I was dealing with a respiratory issue for over 3 weeks and when I was finally cleared, it was amazing as I already seen such an amazing improvement that I haven’t in over 3 weeks.

The easy online scheduling, cleanliness, friendly staff, tv screens, and towels.
Customer service top notch! Staff accommodates when there is a scheduling issue and always assists with compassion and warm energy. Lovely products to use in a pinch if you aren’t prepared with your own stash. Loved the meditation event! Appreciative of the special care the staff inherently exude on the daily.
Perspire Sauna Studio in Highlands Ranch is the best especially Suite 11. It's a tucked away corner with a shower and not a tiny space. I will defintely return to this location!!
