I am going to miss one thing more than anything about going to the Georgetown studio (switching to Hutto): Roxsella. She is such a hard worker and a delightful person to interact with. Whenever I come in, she greets me by name and has everything waiting for me exactly according to my preferences. She keeps that place in line and does a phenomenal job. Everyone I've interacted with has been nice, but she goes above and beyond. I hope she is recognized for this because I am highly impressed by her customer service skills!

The whole experience at this branch is totally amazing. Starting with every single person on the staff who greet you with the smile the rooms are always wonderfully kept the sauna’s worked perfectly, and there is hardly ever awaiting time.

The person at the front desk was friendly and helpful. The place was very clean. The sauna was comfortable and I liked that you could watch tv or just listen to music from the tv. It was nice that they gave you towels, as well. I loved the refreshing eucalyptus cold towel at the end.
