I enjoyed the sauna very much
It was a great and unique experience. Felt very comfortable and relaxing. I liked how the service can be easily customized to your liking.
I love the experience and the personal room and the eucalyptus towel at the end. The only thing that would make it better is if we could actually shower/rinse off after!
The place is spotless, and I really feel like this has a lot of health benefits. I have bought more sessions and will likely do a monthly membership in order to get the full benefit.
Perspire Sauna Studio is..... INCREDIBLE. The staff are amazing -- immediately made me feel welcome and empowered with information from the moment I walked in asking to learn more. I'm grateful this place exists! Wonderful team; tremendous experience. Worth it!

The customer service by Alexandress (hopefully I spelled her name right) was amazing. She was very upbeat, polite, not pushy and helpful when explaining everything to me. The infrared red therapy, red light therapy, chromotherapy were awesome. I didn't have any issues in the sauna box or using the control. The sno shower afterwards I thought was a nice tough to end the day too. I believe it's only 45 seconds so I think having a timer or something there can be helpful or just making longer because of the $15 price point some people might not want to pay. The only issues I experience here was in Room #4 where I was in, I saw a lot of dust on the heater.
It’s so relaxing. It is the one thing during the week that makes me slow down and have uninterrupted time by myself. Time goes by so quickly, but I feel like I have more energy after.
