I like that towels are provided, and that the staff did a studio tour before my session, so I felt comfortable before the session. The cold towel afterward was helpful, especially because this was my first time. I really enjoyed the experience and look forward to returning soon.
We are from the UK on holiday and we are amazed at the cleanliness of the whole premises and I would just like to add that both staff that we had interaction with via phone and while we were having our first experience was fantastic.
We will be back on our next vacation

Cleanliness and efficacy
Jordan was so proactive and made sure I was taken cared of when I needed assistance. I thought I’d pass out and requested for 911.

I really enjoy that the room is ready with my setting preference when I arrive.
I wish I could increase the volume of the tv as sometimes you can hear all the noises from the studio, including conversations (maybe it depends on which room you are)

Sauna is always ready to go at my temperature. The red light therapy is amazing. The towels, including the cold towel upon exiting the sauna is great. Private rooms with personal choice of various stations on TV is perfect! Staff is always welcoming and friendly!
The Falls Church location is wonderful. It's a calm and soothing setting. The staff are professional, friendly and helpful. They make it a pleasant place to go to on a regular basis.
