I have used Zerorez for many years and they have done a good job every time.

Ryan was very fast and efficient with the cleaning. We had wanted a couch in the living room cleaned, but we were very pleased that he looked at the label inside and with a call to headquarters told us they would not be able to clean it because it had cotton in it. WE were so glad that he had made that determination.

Our breakfast room carpet is very old and worm. It needs to be replaced when we can afford it. I just hoped Ryan would be able to get it somewhat cleaner. He did a wonderful job on it--better than what we expected. There are some irregularities in the color of the carpet now, but we can certainly live with that.

We have always been very pleased with Zero Rez and certainly tell people about your product. We got an appointment quite soon, also.
