Right from the start, the sales person was respectful & efficient. I was quickly scheduled as I asked. When Raphael arrived, he was courteous, explained thoroughly his mission, did an assessment before working through each room, was cognizant of my plans for immediate use of floor area after he left/explained how best to proceed, explained the rain would slow up dry time, and was done in an hour with 5 rooms, stairway & hallway. I think Raphael did an exceptional job. His customer service was exemplary. The carpet looked brand new after his work, and the carpet is 28 years old.
