Efficient service and effective products
They great machines items to clean the carpets. But I feel that what did not make me to happy with their work was they were to fast doing the carpets did not take thier time at all. I felt the carpets cleaning was half done and it was just fast once. High traffic areas was done twice. Maybe taking a little longer or more time may be okay.
No sticky residue left on carpet and feels better on your feet.

Using soft water is kind of a gimmick. What I liked was the service that Jesus provided. He not only cleaned the carpets, but was very good in giving extra information as he worked.
