No soapy residue
We’ve had Zerorez out a few times, maybe 3 or 4, in the last 11 years, and have always had a good experience. Our carpets are at least a decade old. They came to deep clean my carpets yesterday and the carpets almost match the color of carpet in an area that was the original carpet color under an area rug. Not only is the quality of work really impressive, but the technicians have always been so respectful and knowledgeable.
Technicians are well versed on their jobs and explain what they are doing. They also listen to your questions and answer any concerns we might have.
