First of all, Olly was prompt, communicative, polite, thorough, and a really great guy to have do the work. i would strongly recommend him to anyone needing rug cleaning!
The products were sufficient to remove all rhe stains. We have an older dog, and most of the stains were vomt and bile. we had tried to remove the stains, with marginal luck.
If you give out bonuses to your employees, I believe Olly deserves something!!
Jonathan was very respectful and thorough, checking to make sure I was satisfied with the job he did. He did spot treatments for pet urine, but it took two trips to my house for the odors to be completely eliminated. However, I was grateful that I was not charged extra for the second trip out. It would have been 10 stars if the urine stains and odor had been completely eliminated after the first service. Thank you for standing by your work to ensure the customer is satisfied.
