After discussion with your staff I opted to not proceed at this point. Our carpet is very old and we are going to replace it rather than clean it. I don't know how long it has been down but it is past time to replace. He was very helpful and I appreciate his honesty.

The technician had to come back out and do a retreat, which I was skeptical would be helpful. However, he was very knowledgeable and talked with me about options for doing the retreatment. He was thorough and respectful and honest with what he could and could not do. The retreatment worked beautifully and I am very thankful for their services. I would recommend them to anyone.

The soap free cleaning

Friendly, punctual and knowledgeable. Did a great job in removing stains from our couch.

Showed up promptly as scheduled. Carpets were pretty filthy and they came out surprisingly quite nice looking.

Elijah showed up early and got to work. He explained what he was going to do and gave us a choice of cleaning a particularly dirty area rug. Elijah was friendly, polite and did not leave a mess. We had several items cleaned: 1 Queen mattress, 2 area rugs, a full sofa.
We were very pleased. We have used Zerorez many times and will continue to use them.

I have a 20 year old white carpet that look practically new after a Zerorez cleaning. And it stays clean much, much longer without the chemicals (and no odor).
