Everything was great except your website booking process, you do not have any information or options that state there is an additional $70 charge if you are not on a ground floor unit as they need to use a potable machine which also is not as powerful as the truck unit. Having this option to choose or having customer service reach out before the day of your appointment would be a much better deal for us customers not to be surprised day of our appointment
Most, I like that they don't leave soaps or residue in my carpet. The price is right and the technicians who have done my home are cautious and professional. They care for my home.

Quick and very thorough and polite and respectful of the furnishings you have in your house I've always trusted zerorez.
The service was good. The young man was very professional and explained things as he went along. He was also polite and very much knowledgeable about the product. But after the floor dried, I still see dark spots on the carpet. Maybe if he use some type of shampoo it would removed the rest of the dark spots. I will used you'll again but hoping for better results and would like the same young man to come back. Thanks again for your service. Ms. Last name removed

The carpet is left relatively dry and not soaking wet like other companies have left my carpeting.

We were very pleased by our carpet cleaning service by Zerorez last Friday. Our technician, Maurice, spent time explaining the process and assured us that, unless everything was
cleaned to our satisfaction, they would come back and redo. That wasn't necessary. We
are enjoying our clean carpet. Also...as opposed to the service by one of your competitors, the drying time was quite short.

Your company (Zerorez) provides a great service. The product that is applied to the carpets always makes them look, smell and feel fresh without any perfumes or dyes or soaps that other companies use.
I heard about Zerorez years ago and I've used the service at least 5 times (usually every year or so) and I will continue to be a loyal customer.
Your technicians are always super friendly and get right to work and provide input on how long it takes to dry, etc...
