We have used Zerorez for several years and they have always done an amazing job cleaning our carpets.

The serviceman was prompt and amiable - he got right to work, and was finished by the time he said he would be. We should have accepted his offer of foot covering, though - the carpet was still very wet in spots. We wish there had been paper or plastic runways to make navigating the wet spots a little easier.

Great product. Communication is spot on. Employees are simply the best - responsive, thorough and skilled. Really care about the client's satisfaction and their work. The results speak for themselves. I'll keep coming back when I need anything they clean, cleaned. And one more shout-out to their employees. Honestly, some of the best I've encountered in any role.
