The company & Derek were great. The young lady in the office was very informative and kept me up to date on the goings on. Then on the 5th Derek called to inform me where he as, as to his time of arrival. This young man went straight to work, very cordial, very professional, very encouraging on his work ethics. He worked alone and did a great job. This young man deserves a round of applause, he was great. We will use Zerorez again when needed.

The technician had an outstanding work ethic. Our house is 4200 sf with a lot of vents and returns, and we also had him clean our dryer vent (which had additional challenges). He was more than happy to do all the work with professionalism and expedience. Plus, he took extra care to protect wall corners and furniture that could come into contact with the hoses. A+ on this!
