Client Testimonials

Technician did a Great job very good interaction with customer also very satisfied with job when done 👍

Clean carpet outcome!

Great customer service

I like that you bring your own water and don't use smelly products. My carpets always feel very crisp after cleaning and dry quickly with a little help from my fans. Every technician I have worked with has been well informed about your products and has given clear instructions on what I need to do during the drying process.

Always get out the stain and Braiden always does a spectacular job

I’ve booked service many times and they always arrive in the scheduled time window. Every technician has been friendly and knowledgeable about the job.

Have never had bad experience… unlike some other companies that I have used in past. One company that I will not name didn’t come at all on two occasions. When you have done the prep work and moved some furniture to make ready for a cleaning and they don’t show up leaves a real bad impression.

Luis was great. Very personal and knew his Zeroez product. I would hope to get him again from ZeroezI only use Zeroez.

Zerorez gets my carpet cleaner than any other cleaner I've ever used.

The guys were very thorough and did an excellent job on my ductwork

No residue

Great personnel and super clean carpets!

Our technician, Alex, was super friendly and did a great job cleaning our carpets. I'll certainly have Zerorez come back in the future.

Did a great job and will be using again for sure. Online scheduling was easy and they did a terrific job. Highly recommend!

Easy to book online. Like that I get a phone call confirming my order and reminder emails. Tehnicians are always prompt and courteous.

Here on time. No up charges. I was happy with the carpet clean.

First off, they are very knowledgeable in the product and service they provide . Due to past cleanings done poorly , much soap was sitting in our carpets causing a problem with dirt and stains. Our carpet was a challenge but they got our ugly stains clean. In fact it’s looks brand new. I won’t use anyone else and will highly recommend to others. In the past our carpets always felt sticky and stiff after cleaning. Not this time. Old stains that I never thought would come out did!! They also taught us how to better care for our carpet and what to use and not!! Very impressed with overall service. See you next year guys.
