Very nice and helpful technician that performed the service

Technician was on time and worked quickly. Carpets were not too wet and dried fast.
The only negative is all the additional hidden fees. I have used other carpet cleaners that are more up front about their fees, pet stain removal costs etc... I ended up spending about $150 more than I was quoted. It would be nice to mention those additional costs in ads and in bids.

The tech, Tez, was very courteous and listened to what I needed. He was thorough and made sure I was satisfied with the end results as well as leaving no damage of any kind. We are super happy with the results. We will be recommending Zerorez.

I was extremely impressed with the end result of my cleaned carpets. Jessie called earlier to say he was on his way. He was able to clean my sofa and two carpets. He did an awesome job! Nice technician. I had you guys. Do my mom’s house several months ago. It smelled nice when it was done. At my place, it did not smell good when completed. Also, I paid for a protectant as I was told future spills, accidents, etc would be easier to clean up. This wasn’t the case either.
