In spite of our tight schedule, an estimator was quickly sent out, then quote, then the actual cleaning - all in a timely manner and the whole process was successful. The technician was extremely friendly, very respectful to us and our home, and wow, did he ever find a lot in our duct system. :) Scheduling a time was easy and he called when he was within an hour of arriving, which was extremely appreciated as it's sometimes difficult during a work day to have someone at the house. I would HIGHLY recommend!
