He tackled three bedrooms, the hallway, staircase, sectional sofa, and two rugs with impressive thoroughness—house and couch smell fresh now, like new. My technician was very thorough and couldn't have been nicer. He recommended the special process to remove urine from the padding in trouble spots (it worked somewhat; can still smell the odor when touching the carpet in that area.)

Both men were very competent. Put shoe covers on to keep mess down in home. Cleared snow off steps an around steps. Pretreated pet spots. Did a great job.
