Your techs are always very pleasant and professional. Your products work on or 15 year old white carpet - it looks like new when you are through. We also used your services in Ohio last year. My mother in law passed away and we were getting her house ready to sell. She smoked daily in the house for 65 years. Zerorez came in and the carpet was like new and there was no smell. The real estate person was shocked and said she had never heard of zerorez but won't use any other company going forward.
Bill did a great job. He was very thorough and carefully moved some furniture in order to clean all areas.
Tech explained how the tech worked and the demo was cool with the empowered water vs our tap water. Carpets were left feeling clean and soft, not perfumed and chemically stiff. I will use ZeroRez in the future
