Friendly person that I booked with, and I was able to book carpet cleaning just a few days out. Tyler called when he was a half hour away & came when he said he’d be here. He was very friendly and respectful of our house, explaining the process and all options and fees. I didn’t feel pressured for additional products, and there were no hidden fees. I appreciated the discount to apply a stain shield product on the staircase.
Tyler efficiently cleaned our agreed on carpets and stairs. Everything looks clean and fresh except for the tv room, but it is Berber, with high traffic wear. I will probably replace it. Otherwise, I am very satisfied. The carpets dried quickly and without odor—important since I’m allergic to scents. Thank you for a good experience at a reasonable price!
