I think the techs do a good job and I appreciate their willingness to adapt what they do to the situation at each house. Dylon, today’s tech, was especially knowledgeable and I felt that he had my best interests at heart even when he offered additional options. ( Sometimes I have felt that others came on too strongly about trying to sell me on other services. )The office staff is friendly and efficient and I have no problems getting in contact with them. The thing that sets ZEROREZ above the competition is that they do not use chemicals that can harm my animals or anyone else in the house.
Since the pandemic I have been telling my wife the world is broken. Service no longer exists as we knew it previously. Zerorez proved me wrong. I won't call anyone else going forward. Keep it up and most of all keep your amazing employee's - that seems to be the secret sauce.
