I have used Zerorez for many, many years, where I used to live in Texas and now here in Arizona. I particularly like "no chemicals" and residue left in my carpet and now I used it on my tile. I love the clean grout lines. It looks amazing!

I appreciated that the tech assigned to me was very concerned about me being able to move some of my furniture back into place after the cleaning. He also recommended an odor treatment and applied it to the entire area being cleaned for the same price as a single treatment would've cost. This was very helpful since I am a senior on a very fixed income.
The techs stayed in touch to give me a timeframe of when they would arrive. The service reps were very nice and professional and took precautions to keep my home clean. They got out all the spots from my dog that I had indicated and I was very pleased with how the carpets looked when they finished. I will definitely use ZeroRez next time!
