I was so pleased with the outcome of how my carpet looked. I had it done in 2018 by Zerorez and for some reason it looks better now than it did when then cleaned it in 2018.I know that have added another technique.I know we did add ons, like urine stains and we did the extra stain protector at the end. But I was seriously considering replacing my carpet and we were just going to do the basic until the beginning of the year when we would replace it, but it looked so good and the guy was so helpful! I may have spend $400 (with the add on's) but I saved thousands because now I don't feel the need to replace it!

The service man did a great job. He was thorough, quick, and friendly.

Had an issue with a vent fan pulling air following air duct cleaning. Notified Zerorez and they took quick action to troubleshoot and repaired the vent fan. Appreciate it!
