I’m always a fan if Zerorez. I’m not sure all of the dirt came out of the carpet this time. Maybe the dirt dragged in by my dog rubbing along the carpet was too much. It’s cleaner, but not perfect
Del did an amazing job explaining the carpet cleaning process as well as provide his recommendations for services specifically for pet stains. He was efficient with his time and respected all of our belongings ensuring nothing was moved or damaged in the cleaning process. Our carpets look great and after drying we are very satisfied with the service. I would highly recommend zerorez and specifically Del for anyone needing any carpet cleaning services.
