Anthony (our service tech) was not only friendly and knowledgeable, he went out of his way to make sure our rugs and upholstered chair covers were cleaned to our satisfaction. He even counseled us on how to replace our Kirby belt and reattach our vacuum head. Kudos to Anthony for going way above and beyond. Huge asset for Zerorez!

I think the products you use for cleaning are excellent, as they are pet friendly and left our carpets feeling clean and soft. In the past, we've used other cleaning services, and it sometimes left our rug feel like it was crusty somehow (the way their solutions dried). I will be recommending you all my friends!
