Reminder the day before and a call about an hour before arriving. Team arrived on time and were efficient in cleaning ducts. Showed photos of ducts before starting and gave me time to get out of house before beginning to clean (because I have asthma that is triggered by mold).

Clean well and not leave chemicals behind. My service tech did a fantastic job and clean my rug better than anyone had done previously. It was noticeably cleaner!
