Recently had an upholstered sofa cleaned and protected. My service tech was Trey and he was extremely professional and informative.

The carpet seems very very clean. Also there’s no residue or excess wetness. The employees were fast, polite and efficient.

We had a primary room, walk-in closet and two 10x12 areas cleaned. We also had a very challenging white L shaped couch and chair cleaned.
The tech/Derek was courteous; answered any questions I had with the process. He was thorough and careful with the furniture cleaning. I did not feel pressured when he asked about other areas to clean, like the bathroom tile and walk-in shower tile. They were great suggestions and turned out beautiful!
Given the color of the furniture and heavy traffic areas, I did ask to have a protectant applies after the cleaning. No lingering odor after quick drying time. I did have a follow up clean on the cushions. During the drying period some of the heavy cushions had a slight watermark. (Like I said challenging white furniture). Derek gladly returned with the Zerorez guarantee and redid the areas needed.
From the initial call to the office with Amber and the cleaning services from Derek it was top notch! The pricing was very reasonable for the amount of work it involved.

Carpets look really good. All spots were taken out. This time the carpets were dry within 4-6 hours. Great job!

However, I have never been asked to tip for the service and felt your environmental fee should have been revealed up front or included in your price. No other carpet cleaner had added any fees and that added substantially to the total cost of cleaning.

Zerorez came back to retreat a small area that still had a series of small dot type stains. Most all came out with the second treatment.
The scheduling of the second appointment was very easy and they responded quickly.

Very happy with their quality work

I had my tile and grout cleaned by Zeroez. It went from looking dirty and dindgy to looking like a brand new floor! I was very impressed with the quality of work done by the technician!
