I have used ZeroRez for at least five years, and have always been very pleased with the result. I gave them my turkish runner rug to clean, after inheriting it from my parents, who bought it in Turkey, and they did an AMAZING job. The carpet had never been cleaned more than with a vacuum, and had stains. Wow. They do a great job with our regular carpet as well, and get it as clean as I expect it to be. I will continue to use ZeroRez for my home.

I can't think of anything I don't like. You"re prompt, courteous, knowlegeable, and caring. Buffalo Joe was my last serviceman and he did an excellent job of extraction and thoroughness. He was personable, down to business, neat and timely. I will refer him to others and request him again.
