The staff at the office was easy to talk to regarding the service we needed as well as the scheduling of the appointment. The Service Technician, Zac, was on time, knowledgeable, friendly, and able to fully explain what was needed to clean the carpet and what the costs were for different services that he could provide.
The cleaning that we agreed to was professionally done to our satisfaction. My wife and I were completely satisfied with the work that Zac did on our carpet. We have used Zeroez in the past and will use in the future.

Wow!!!! Can't even start to say how amazed I was at the finished job. I've had my carpet cleaned before but they always gave me excuses why I still saw stains. When Zerorez finished it was like seeing brand new carpets. I can finally enjoy my living room again.

I appreciated the quality of the service technician and his knowledge. However, all the stain marks, even light ones came back to the surface within 7 days and the ammonia smell in the master bedroom is now a much stronger smell. Love the company but the actual product doesn’t seem to be the same formula as before.
