My technician was Grant. He was very courteous, thorough and listened to my concerns. I had just had my hardwood floor resufaced and Grand was extremely careful in moving the hoses as not to cause harm to the floor. He was willing to redo several areas with which I had concerns. The carpets looks so much better. The drying time was about 3 hrs. I will have Zerorez the next time I need carpets cleaned and will suggest them to any of my friends.
