Very friendly technician and they were super accommodating when we had to change the time a few days before given that our new baby came early! They do a great job cleaning our large sofa sectional and we have them come at least 1-2 times a year.

The person (not sure of name) Who did my carpet cleaning on October 9 did a great job. He was very conscientious about making sure of getting all the deep cleaning done that needed to be done to my satisfaction. I would highly recommend him and Zerorez for their professionalism.

He quickly resolved the issue and wanted to make certain it was to our satisfaction. We have requested him to do our carpets since that time. Our most recent cleaning was masterfully accomplished and his direction of his assistant showed a unique desire that he learn to do the very best job possible. I have been very happy in the past. I know my carpet is getting older or should I say old - but I felt like there were a couple of spots that showed up after the carpet cleaning and wondering if that is normal. The technician did the pretreatment - but I wonder if I / or he missed a couple of spots. Thank you.
