Zerorez cleaned our office carpets. It's an old low pile commercial grade carpet that is at least 20 years old. I didn't have much hope they would look better; I just wanted them clean. Zerorez recommended a restoration instead of a regular steam clean. I was skeptical but tried it. The carpets look better than they have in 10 years. The deodorizer was a pleasant smell while they dried. The cost was a bit more for the restoration but it was absolutely worth it. I'm going to use them for my carpets at home.
