Everything was great! Our Tech was terrific. He called beforehand with his arrival time, so we could be ready. He was friendly, knowledgeable and did an awesome and thorough job. The company was always quick to respond and gave detailed instructions on what to expect and how to prepare. Their communication was ‘spot on’! (No pun intended). ;). I would highly recommend than!!
