I liked that the clean carpet didn’t have an odor or chemical smell. It turned out clean like new. Also like the guy who cleaned it as he had a nice personality & showed us the difference from when it was dirty & then the cleaned part.

my tech, George, was on time, a good communicator so I knew when he would arrive. George kindly reminded me if I paid with a credit card I would be charged a 3%, therefore, I paid with a check. Carpet and rugs are nice and clean and George was hardworking and a delight to have in my home
