I like many things about Zerorez. I like that they do not use chemicals and my carpets get amazingly clean. They 2 guys that cleaned my carpet were the best. They truthfully treated it like it was their own. I watched them from a distance and did not miss an inch or cut any corners. The carpet looked so bad I did not know if it was worth cleaning but I have used Zerorez before on my basement and it looks new and the carpet is 21 years old. This time they did the upstairs that is also 21 years old and with pets and kids it looked really bad. These 2 guys were the best.
