It had been 5 years since we bought a new couch and loveseat for our living room and having 2 dogs meant that there was worked in dirt and stains. I contacted ZeroRez because I needed a professional cleaning but without the normal soap residue left behind by other cleaners. They came out within the service window, and even called before showing up. It was obviously a difficult job, but the finished product was beyond my expectations. Both love seat and sofa looked almost brand new, and was soft to the touch. He even cleaned up so there little water to dry off. This was the best professional cleaning service I have ever experienced and will not hesitate to contract with them again.
The carpet were thoroughly cleaned. There was no pressure to buy other products.
The negative was we were notified less than 24 hours before our appointment that carpet needed to be vacuumed prior to them arriving. The competitor we used before vacuumed prior to starting their process. It would have been a bit more convenient knowing that when I made the appointment 2 weeks before.
This company always cleans my carpet to lookingalmost new looking every time I use them. The carpet is quick to dry so I can enjoy my home with little delay

We have white carpets which we've had for over 15 years and Zerorez has taken care of them from the start and has kept them in good condition. After an awful experience with a technician a year ago, Kwame (who had served us before) cane back this week and the carpets look great again.
