Carpets were cleaned well. Price was reasonable. Technician was friendly and knowledgeable. He did put covers on his shoes when he entered our home, but then proceeded to walk outside still wearing them and then came back in the house and walked on the carpets which seemed to defeat the purpose.

Duct cleaning was done professionally. Scheduling and communication were done exactly how it should be done. Workers were careful with my house and completed work in a timely fashion. They were knowledgeable on the task and reviewed the process with me as well as andwered all my questions.

Marquis was amazing, he worked very hard and in a timely manner to complete the job. The carpets I thought were ruined look BRAND NEW!!! Definitely going to be calling him back out in the future for regular cleanings.

Zerorez is our go to carpet cleaners. The techs are friendly, considerate, clean, and helpful. I had the tech do the pet application and the carpets smell fresh and amazing. There is never a chemical smell and they always take their time and are extremely thorough.

Your staff is a joy to have in my home, and the product is unlike the soaps used that made the carpet stains come through again in a few weeks.
