The technician who came to our house was very pleasant and very knowledgeable. He offered useful suggestions and insight that will help us to maintain our carpeting looking new. He was respectful and protected our furnishings and wall corners from his equipment, hoses, etc., which we really appreciated considering our home was completely remodeled a couple of months ago and still in "like new" condition.
