Our carpets look fantastic! They are almost 10 years old and I had them cleaned once before and they came out okay, but this company made my carpets look almost new again. It's amazing! They use a 3 step process vs a 2 step lik other companies. I would highly recommend them. I will never use anyone else again for cleaning my carpets.

Water used to deep clean the carpet. No leftover soap residue. Cleaning specialist very clear as to procedure for removing spots and time for drying. Appointment very quick and easy to self assign.
