Cortez did an awsome job! He went above and beyond the call of duty in regards to making sure all ducts were 100% clean and confirming with me that each duct was clean thru the process with pictures and videos. I have complete piece of mind now knowing that any and all contaminants in the system are gone. The admin/scheduling office did very well also in regards to pre-notifications, keeping me informed, and pre-prep directions/expectations of the work coming up on the agreed upon date. Great job by all!!

My job was a $3000 cleaning at my church that involved carpet, rugs and upholstery. Two vans were dispatched to my location and the job was completed in a little over 5 hours. The Technicians were very thorough in the cleaning of each area and took pains to get the upholstered cushions in the sanctuary completely clean without loading them up with water. Cushions were almost all dry overnight. Will continue to use ZKC in the future both at my home and church.

Zerorez is better than advertised. Everything from setting up the appointment to the completion of the cleaning of my carpet. The technician was excellent! He was extremely professional and did a great job of explaining everything. Pricing was very fair.
