As soon as Joseph walked in, he and my husband walked through our home to survey the carpets. He asked if we wanted an extra scotchgard, I believe, we couldn't afford the extra cost, and he didn't pressure us. He got to work and the carpets turned our beautifully, the stains were gone! The carpets were dry by nightfall. Great product, we'll be using them in the future.
