Consistent quality cleaing
Our cleaner did a wonderful job with communicating with us and letting us know what was going on throughout the process because neither myself or my partner were at the house at the time. He even brought a package in that was sitting on the porch and placed it inside for us. Zero Rez went above and beyond to make sure everything was good and cleaned our carpets well! I would use them again and tell others to use them as well.

Easy to schedule, kid was nice, but apparently there were supposed to be 2 guys on the job and we just had one, so my husband did as much as he could to help him. I think in that case, it may be wise to reach out and see if anyone wants to reschedule, let them know it will take longer, or give the 1 guy more time between jobs... he did a fantastic job though!

The crew of two work the best, one on the cleaner and the other on the hoses. the 3 rooms were for upstairs. had some stains that kept coming back. Afterwards. the rugs were cleaned and dried in one day. Good Work. Thanks
