Mason was very thorough and cleaned all contracted surfaces and furniture with attention to the details. He did not rush, he took the time needed to do the job correctly. The carpet in dining, living, hallway and stairs all looked almost brand new and the sectional also looked great.

Our technician was Chris. He was thorough, explained what he proposed to do and then set about doing. Very polite young man. He had some very elderly beige carpet with dark traffic patterns and a serious stain to deal with. I told him that I didn't expect perfection, just improvement. I've had a couple of cleanings from different companies and the results were disappointing. These carpets now look so good! We also had 2 small beige recliners cleaned. They look better than I thought they ever would. Company is coming for Thanksgiving, including a crawling baby. I feel happy to welcome them into our clean home. Zerorez hit a home run here!

We were very impressed with the technician that did our carpets. He was on time, clearly spoke about the services, toured each room with us to make sure he understood what we needed cleaned. He explained the process and then efficiently completed the work. Once he was done he reviewed each room and asked if we had any questions. He was very careful to cover any corners, handled the equipment with care to not damage our wood floors and then cleaned up after all the equipment was removed. We will be referring people to your business, thank you for doing such a great job.
