Great experience! Carpets cleaned a year ago with a different company and no major difference seen. Feels like we got new carpet after this cleaning. Dried great and all stains that other company didn't remove are now gone!

Larry was really open to hearing detailed instructions and concerns, and he talked me through all the possibilities, including areas he thought might be of concern (in terms of getting the stain out). But he got it all out, and paid attention to all the details I gave him, and this was fantastic! I'd definitely book Larry again.

Walked with me thru the house to understand what I was looking for with regards to our carpet cleaning, They did an exceptional job - my older carpets look brand new and dried quickly. (1) - It's easy to book online and I love the weekend availability.
(2) - The techs who have come to my house have been kind, thorough, and careful with furniture, corners, etc.
(3) - Recommended treatments are explained, but I never feel pressure to add them to the basic clean.
(4) - My carpets and tile floor look great!

ZeroRez truly went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with the service I received from them. They come out cleaned the carpet a couple weeks ago, a spot was missed or maybe it returned just a day or 2 later. ( we hadn’t actually moved in at that time so not entirely sure). They immediately sent the technician back out to address the issues . He was polite, stayed in contact, and on time both times. ZeroRez stands behind their name. Definitely recommend!
