We just moved to Georgia and purchased a beautiful home. While the house was move in ready and absolutely clean,we wanted to start with the carpet cleaned by us. Before we left our previous home we had our carpets cleaned by Zerorez and were very happy. Our daughter set up our appointment months before we moved and everything went smoothly. Zerorez confirmed our appointment, texted with a time they would arrive and were right on time. Our carpets were cleaned beautifully and our technician was professional, friendly and thorough. No pressure on upselling and was very open to our questions, answering each and everyone with patience. That is much appreciated when dealing with a cross country move. Our carpets look great! The ease of booking an appointment and knowing that they will arrive on time the day of the service. I also love the no chemical smell of the products and the effort they put forth to remove old stains.

Zerorez had great communication from the time that I scheduled my appointment, until the time my job was finished. Technician was VERY PROFESSIONAL and he explained everything in detail. He sent me photos as he started my job, until he finished it. Answered all questions asked by me and my husband. I’m sorry I don’t remember the young man’s by name… he’s very customer oriented. He is a great employee to have as one of your team members and to
represent your company.

Bryce was very thorough in explaining the procedure and process for air-duct cleaning which is the service we signed up for. He was so respectful not only to me as a client, but to my pets for which he knew were temporarily secure in their carrier while the service was being performed. Bryce cleaned the vents in the room that contained the pets first so I could let them out of their “temporary” cage into the larger room while the remaining vents continued to be cleaned of debris. He was absolutely GREAT and when the service was completed, he offered to show me the contents of the vacuum and the “ick” that had been removed from my furnace and air-duct system. I would highly recommend ZeroRez!

The carpets never have any stains or dirty places left on them when finished cleaning. The guys are always nice and friendly and work hard.
