Not the first time, but the service gets better and better!

Our carpets were not sticky when finished. It did take longer to dry then indicated. We were told 12 to 24 hours and it was a good 2 days before dry.

Zach, an exceptional carpet technician, effectively removed all my stains, leaving my couch looking pristine. He arrived punctually, displaying the treatments he was applying to my carpet. The only thing is zero very pricey they need to lower. The price is a little bit.

We were very pleased with the gentleman that cleaned our carpets. He was very informative regarding what he was doing and offered several ideas as to what we could do to keep our carpets clean. We enjoyed talking with him and will use Zerorez again.

Scott was so great and communicative! I had to schedule furniture and carpet cleaning for my mom and I live out of state, but he was great communicating with both of us and going to my mom’s assisted living facility.

They had equipment that could accommodate my third floor condo. He recommended a pre-spray to help with the pet stains and odors. My carpet is now clean and smells fresh.
