We were pleased with our technician, Jay R, and the outcome of his hard work. The carpet turned out great and it was a pleasure to have a conscientious, professional technician in our home.

The Technician, Julian, that came out was extremely helpful and very very informative, teaching me how the entire process worked while also answering any questions I had about the process. He took care of our home quickly and efficiently, I will be using ZeroRez again simply because of his customer service. Aside from that incredible customer experience, the carpet treatment left the whole home smelling nice and fresh and the carpets very very clean.
