I liked the guarantee of satisfaction. The 1st crew came out and didn't spend much time cleaning the carpets, but they were very helpful in applying protectant. The next day when the carpets were dried, I noticed that the carpets weren't clean. I called and a new employee arrived the next day. He was very kind and could see what I was referencing. He spent time getting the areas cleaned to my satisfaction, and I am very appreciative.

the ease of scheduling, the courtesy of office and technical staff, the overall friendliness of all, and most importantly a product that works- does not leave my carpet feeling like Brillo nor the straw pads for our front doors!! and the carpet stays clean- doesn't look dirty again in 3-5 days!!! what more can a busy homemaker want?
The technician was very professional and went above and beyond having to move furniture and make way for completing the process of cleaning the carpet. He also did more room than originally planned but it turned out to be for the better and all the rooms needed to be done.

Bert was very accommodating to our circumstances. My husband wasn’t feeling well and wanted to lie down. Bert said he could go ahead and clean our bedroom and get it out of the way. Before he could start, my husband was heading back to the bedroom to lie down. Bert just switched things around so he could do the bedroom last. All along the way he explained every step, every option, and the cost of each option. He wanted to make sure we understood. He considered what would be most cost effective for us, and then went about doing it. He was patient and understanding towards us, and compassionate. He worked hard, and took all the time he needed to do a top notch job.

They were available when I needed my carpet cleaned before my grandson came over for the weekend who has many allergies.
I liked that there would be no soapy residue on the carpet after it was cleaned.
