We are very happy with the products and service at Culligan of Kankakee, IL. In spite of some issues we have had with our RO that we rent from Culligan of Kankakee, they have done all they could to help us, provide us with bottled water and to schedule a repair as soon as possible. Also their repair man is very good, takes his time and knows well the products they sell and rent. Also the office staff in Kankakee has been very kind and helpful ! Thank you so much ! They do a wonderful job and fill tank each time and take empty bags. They park on street and bring up on 2 wheeler.. Let themself in and out and never make a mess.

I like everything about your products and services. I like soft water and Culligan provides that with the softener. The softener works great and the couple things that have needed to be fixed were done in a timely manner. Now that I am older I wouldn't be able to get salt to my basement so the delivery service is so helpful. Your employees have all been so kind.

Sometimes I have dirty water-bottles delivered. PLEASE DON’T DELIVER DIRTY WATER BOTTLES. IT MAKES ME WANT TO STOP CULLIGAN.
They should be wiped down when left at door upon delivery time.

The softener salt delivery service makes my life so much easier! As a senior, there’s just no way I can lift fifty pound bags of salt. Having someone bring the bags to the basement and fill my softener takes a huge weight off my shoulders (literally and figuratively!) The delivery person is friendly, polite and efficient.
On time, customer service was great very knowledgeable of the machines.
The tech that came out was very informative and took the time to explain the system to us. We inherited this system when we bought the house and have never dealt with well water before. The tech made me feel confident in our system and water quality.
We love your Culligan workers. They were the best!! Very professional and easy to talk to!! The only complaint is that once we called you it took soooo long to get you here. But you have the best employees who were the best at fixing our problem!! Thank you!!

Recent service to replace filters was exceptional. I believe the tech was Collin. He was personable, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. I've had the system for 7 years, and his visit was by far, the most comprehensive. He did things during the check up that other techs have NEVER done. He's a gem.
Culligan seems to have a lot of turnover and and appear to be frequently understaffed.
