Everybody at Culligan was easy to get on the phone when I had questions. The sales rep was very knowledgeable and courteous. Financing was available and arranged without any obstacles. It was easy to determine the installation date. The installer was on time, very proficient and explained what he was going to do. He tidied up neatly after working. He was fast and accurate. Culligan insured that my filtered water was checked after the installation which proofed that the system is working properly. I am extremely satisfied with Culligan's service. Water product is great tasting. I do wish they would develop a carry handle other than the one on the bottle for easier transport of the 5 gallon bottles.
Good Service, Good Product
The repair tech who came out to service my water neutralizer was exceptionally skilled in his work. I am also pleased with his professional manner and his knowledge of the situation. I would recommend this tech for recognition of his excellent work. Sadly, I can't recall his name.

Reliable delivery & quality product.
I love the reverse osmosis unit. Unfortunately, the new water softener had not worked since it was it was installed a couple of months ago. And, I was never told that I could hook my phone up it so it would provide information. I do not go into the basement by myself! Knowing that my phone would have let me know the system had an issue, would have great! Also, I'm quite disappointed that my salt delivery people will not work with my work schedule. I'm off on Fridays. I'm 78 years old with a pain management implant. I'm not supposed to lift the bags of salt. Because they would not deliver when I'm home on Fridays to bring the salt bags downstairs, I had to do it myself! I really don't appreciate this! And, someone was supposed to send me instructions to hook my phone up to the water softener, which has not happened. All the people I have dealt with through the years at the Bolingbrook location are absolutely wonderful. Unfortunately, they have failed with the water softener and salt help.

What we like about the service is we don't have to carry salt from the store to our basement. As we got older it was harder for us to do that. The man delivering is so friendly and helpful. He answered all our questions. We are very satisfied with this service and glad it is offered to us.
