Sales and service. Jaress was so professional and confident, so I made the decision to go with Culligan. I had been a customer of Rain So Soft but due to their high cost of service fees and very poor relations with customers I did not want to be part of such a company any longer actually giving away a 4 tank system for free of which I had over $10,000 invested in it. Companies must consider how they treat customers and overly charge for service. Culligan is well known and had I known about Culligan I would have gone with them first. James and Jaress was so professional that I cannot thank them enough. Thank you Culligan!

Great service. Experienced technicians troubleshoot and solve issues with equipment failure, do routine maintenance, and deliver salt. Equipment seems to be state of the art and totally achieves what the customer is looking for. It has certainly worked for us for many years now.

The RO water system is a no brainer, reducing the use of plastic bottles and having the filtered water go right to the ice maker is fantastic. The company has been here for many years and we have had an RO system from RVC for 21 years.
Water is always delivered on time, and that helps me so I don't have to pick it up and drag it home myself.
The service is always friendly as well as professional no complaints or grumpy delivery person if am not home or anything he always instructions on where to put my water.

The overall experience was great. Jaress was an outstanding salesman who was very knowledgable and practical. He didn't push something on us that we didn't need or want. He did the job and didn't waste any of his time or our time doing it. I appreciated that. He also was respectful of my military service which I also appreciated. He spoke highly of the service/installation technicians and he was spot on. James was very professional and personable. We had great conversations though out the installation where he shared his knowledge and experience, both which gave me the confidence that he knew exactly what he was doing. The equipment seemed to be manufactured well and went together very effectively and efficiently. It has worked flawlessly so far, but if there are any issues, I know exactly who to call (James or Jaress) as they both ensured I had their numbers and that I was not afraid to give them a call. I appreciate the efforts to hire and to maintain such great employees. As opportunities arise, I will definitely share my Culligan experience with my friends and family.
