I have been renting a reverse osmosis water treatment system since I moved to Las Vegas in 1988. I love the great tasting water and ice that I received from my unit. I also appreciate the expertise of the workers who come to service my unit every year.

Responsiveness, delivery time good
The service is efficient and reliable for what we need. It is nice not to have to buy large bags of salt to put in a softener. The tanks are just exchanged each month. I just wish the price didn’t keep going up all of the time. That is my only issue with you guys.

I asked her about some more expensive models and she thoroughly educated me without trying to upsell me. She was extremely friendly and outgoing creating a comfortable interaction.
