Dependability
I am Chicago born and grew up drinking out of garden hoses. I am a big drinker of water and with all the garbage out there in the world I prefer knowing I am drinking clean water. I used to use the water cooler and 5 gallon jugs but I m much older and started using reverse osmosis.
The gentleman who worked on my unit was efficient and professional. At this time it looks like the problem was taken care of !
