I called on a Friday night after you were closed. The reason that I called was that the regeneration process would not stop and had been running since Thursday night. Due to disabilities, we were unable to push the button to stop this. I left a message, not expecting to get a call back until Monday. To my surprise, I got a call soon after I left the message. Anthony came at 7 pm and was able to stop the regeneration process. He also tested the water, while he was here. We told him that we had purchased our Water Softener in 2001, shortly after we moved into our house. We have never had a problem, with our Culligan Water Softener System and it has been 22 years, since we first purchased. We decide that we would rent this time, instead of buying a new System. We also told Anthony that we needed new filters for the reverse Osmosis Faucet. It has been almost a week, since the new Water Softener was installed, and it is working perfectly. Your prompt service, professionalism and great Customer Service is very impressive. Thank you.
