We did not want to go with Culligan based on our past experience. But working with Mike Lausten changed all that. Now we are glad we went with Culligan. Our water purification was done quickly along with whole house water softening. Mike went out of the way to help us address some peripheral issues as well.
Don’t have to worry about running out. Don’t have to manage the heavy bags to the basement!

The convience of having fresh water is important to my family. I have been a Culligan user since 2019.
The water softener work perfect, I love the bypas feature when i need to water outside plants. It make lift much easier, no going in the basement to move valves, just a couple of clicks on my smart phone and I'm ready to water. Also the whole house filtger has saved me a ton of money and time from having to change the filters in our IO system, their lasting up to a year now, and the water always tastes great. Thanks
Chris, the repairman who came to fix my water softener was:
1. On time
2. Polite and knowledgeable
3. He proceeded downstairs to fix my problem. It was a fairly easy fix but the knowledge he gave me to ensure my unit worked properly all the time and how to take care of it was very helpful.
4. He suggested my electric water heater might need to be bled!! Which I will do to remove the iron and other settlement in the bottom of the water heater.
The deliveries are always on time. The bottles are always very clean and the water tastes good.
They bring the water right up to my back door and it is a 34 step he has to go up. It is great Im to old to care it up so I love it.

Soft water is wonderful. The men who deliver the salt are always polite and willing to bring the heavy bags of salt to my basement. That makes it easier for me to add salt when needed.
