I have been a customer for many years and have always been satisfied with the service. However, this time the delivery was made and was left outside. Normally the delivery person calls before he comes or when he gets here so I am sure to know when he is here. I am 84 and can't carry the bags downstairs. I had to call someone to bring them inside for me.
If they can't call when they are here I will have to make arrangement for deliveries elsewhere.
Great customer service and informative
It's really nice to have delivery. I'm 76 and in pretty good shape but those bags are heavy! The unit we have is several years old but haven't had problems. We did have to have the line replaced because of a leak but that's all.
The water seems fine. The only thing I don't like is that the driver never lets us know he is here.

The service man did a very good job, very professional and explained what he was doing.
Unfortunately, the small filter he replace with the 2 lines going into it (one from the top and 1 from the bottom) is leaking, I have not been able to get it to stop. We will need that issue fixed as quickly as you can have the service man back out. He told us if any thing was not correct it would be corrected as quickly as possible.

The products are great. The services are hit or miss. I called to reschedule a service appt and was told we had nothing in the books on the original date so I just scheduled a new date. Then I got a phone call confirming the time of the first date that I was told didn’t exist. The gal I talked to then informed me that there are two scheduling tools that are used and they are totally independent. So I had one date in one system and a different date in the other. That’s a terrible customer experience because now, depending on which system someone looks in, there may or may not be a service appt. It’s not a good way to run a business especially when I have to argue that I do in fact have an appt and Culligan tells me no and then a week later they tell me yes. It’s wildly confusing and frustrating.
Culligan sends email & text reminders of delivery dates. Also appreciate online billing information & automatic monthly payments.
Friendly delivery people who are al says in time.
