We’ve had a Culligan system in our home for 18 years. We rented our system for 17 years and recently purchased a new system a year ago. The salesman, installers, office staff, and service personnel have all been very professional, friendly, and helpful. We live in an area where the water quality is terrible and our system keeps the water clear and soft. The reverse osmosis system takes the well water taste out of our drinking water. Due to the high methane gas in our water we have experienced an issue with our new system but the two different technicians who have come out to our home have gone above and beyond communicating with me and solving the problem.

I've had my Culligan system since 2010 and with routine maintenance it has been a workhorse. In addition, the local Winchester, VA Culligan staff and technicians are very professional and easy to work with. The Culligan system itself does the job quite well for my location. Apart from taking a while to get an appointment, the people and products are great!
