On service day, the guy comes in fills my softener with salt, Talks to me a minute n on his way. Always takes garbage with him, meaning empty bags n such. Very easy peasy.

It is usually easy to communicate with the office and personnel. Technicians have been good to answer questions when present on site and to return phone calls when a question arises.

Being an older lady,Culligan makes getting salt and refilling affordable . My equipment is affordable, worry free.And I know my drinking water is safer as my city water chlorine levels are off the charts! The delivery and maintenance persons are always courteous and answers all my questions thoroughly. With rentals I never have to worry if something goes wrong with the equipment because Culligan fixes or replaces it. If you are concerned as I am with your water quality and expensive water bottles that go into the garbage, convenience of water from your tap I highly recommend Culligan services!!!!
Was impressed with the technician who came to fix our softener. He was polite, efficient & took care of the problem in a timely manner.
Your technician in my area is awesome. He took care of the problem that the salesman created. You see the salesman came out adjusted my softener a couple of times allowing so much iron to enter that everything was turning yellow and orange. The salesman did this to correct his previous setting which was taking in so much salt. I needed a delivery every couple months I was very discouraged with Culligan, but now I am starting to understand that this could possibly just be the problem of one person your salesman, Gary. Thank goodness for the technician in my area he’s corrected the problem. Everything is fine. I have faith in Culligan once again.

Well, I got a new water softener and a reverse osmosis system yesterday. And the 2 gentlemen that came to install were extremely nice, very professional. Very nice guys.
I have been so please with any service I’ve received from Culligan. They are very accommodating with service appointments. The technicians are professional and knowledgeable. I love love love the reverse osmosis water and I tell everyone I know!
