Equipment is solid, been using your water softner system for 10 years now. Service is good but takes a long time to get a visit scheduled so that could be improved. Like the salt and chemical deliveries and the delivery guys are friendly and helpful and deliver my products to the basement door which given I am 74 really helps me out.
Easy to contact them, they call with clarifying questions, pricing is fair. Easy to change amount of products dropped off.

Had the whole house system and a drinking water system installed a couple of years ago. Couldn't be happier with both. I never have to remember to call about maintenance or salt delivery. iI is automatic and they let you know ahead of time. The salt delivery guy goes above and beyond as he always brings all the salt to the downstairs basement for me as those bags are heavy! Very much appreciated. Highly recommend this company.
Although, I did not end up purchasing a Water Softner System-
I would like to thank the Entire team- Especially the Service Tech-Terry for showing up and fixing my immediate problem- I had water but no Pressure- Looping the hose from bypass back into the house.
I had an existing Culligen water Softner System ( 2005 ) that was not in use-
But the RED- Back flow cap blew off and was dowsing my garge with water.
I managed to turn off the Bypass valve giving me some time to assesses the situation:
I spoke to Steve Nash he was great, understanding that I needed to fix my water issue 1st and then I could go back and explore my water softner options. at a later time.
When I do decide to replace my system. I am definitely going to go with this Company and their Team.

The technicians are always knowledgeable, courteous, efficient, personable, and respectful. They are happy to demonstrate and explain their procedures. If I don't need salt when the delivery is scheduled, they are pleasant and are agreeable to skip the delivery until it is needed. Also, the office personnel are equally talented and friendly.
