We were very happy to see our culligan employee James was very informative with alot of information for us to help with our water system. He explained about the salt crystals how much we should utilize as well as the pump would go off about 2:00 in the mornings. Great customer service from the office employees to the technicians and delivery drivers! I’m provided with a quarterly schedule for the year and can count on those dates. I’m also reminded with a courtesy text/ phone call as the schedule date gets closer. The techs are always on time, friendly and keeps my equipment working. I love my water filter system and the fact that I don’t have to buy plastic water bottles saving the world from our plastic crisis. Great company with good prices.
