I think the taste of your water is the best. I really like your delivery people. They are so nice and helpful. The only thing I'm having trouble with are the prices and actually may have to change to Sparkletts. I do not want to that but may have to.

I have had only positive experience in working with Culligan of Crystal Lake for the past several years. They always listen to my water situation and respond promptly and respectfully.
There really isn't anything specific! I have been with company for so long that I can't even remember why I started using Rock Valley Culligan! I do remember that I started with a different company and at some point Rock Valley Culligan took over the company!! I must have liked the company because I didn't leave even after they moved to their present location!
All I can say is "Thank You" for all of your services!!
