We find the staff very quick to answer the phone always pleasant, helpful and accommodating when there is a urgency..recently we had ordered salt for July 2 & advised change to following week-No Good - surgery on 3rd @ KGH..called them & between Tara & Chantal, we were accommodated...VERY GRATEFUL + 2 Service men, Collin & Dillon today serviced our tank/system & reassured me the system was working properly...2 excellent service guys..polite, knowledgeable and personable!!

Service technicians are very professional and helpful. They check all parts and filters and replenish the salt. They get the job done properly and efficiently.
Service is great deliveries rate, and even loads of my machine they own the drawback is I don’t have something most of the time to load my machine for my second bottle which I wish you guys could set up something. Thank you and don’t change the **** thing because you’re good.

The guys are so nice who delivers the salt and very helpful to put it in our softener. They alert me as to when they will be here which is great. We are very satisfied with all your company does for us.
