The professional who came in for maintenance were friendly and efficient. They answered all my questions politely.
I do have an issue about scheduling. The date for the service was given when I called and was told that Villigan would call the day before about timing. The courtesy call I received at 5PM the day before the service did not specify the time. It so happened I called earlier that day before closing time of 5PM I knew the arrival time for service personnel.
Service man was here on time, did a great job and cleaned up after himself. Couldn't ask for anything more!
